Social interaction extends outdoors from the new clubhouse with a variety of usable spaces set within a tree-filled garden. Planting and hardscape define a range of spaces for people to swim, cook, dine, and relax. The cool blue of the pool is juxtaposed against the warm wood of the perimeter wall and platform seating.

A fireside lounge area, spa and lighting extend the use of the outdoor space into the evening. This project also includes a playground, multi-use open space, and picnic area. The updated landscape provides a social center for the residents of this community.
